Because of this book I was lead to to explore further the great works of Machado de Assis, Allende, and Amado, among others. It really doesn't give me insight to his personality in a positive way.. Because of this book I was lead to to explore further the great works of Machado de Assis, Allende, and Amado, among others. It really doesn't give me insight to his personality in a positive way.. Hence the slick designs of Google glasses and Apple watches. As one of millions of people who have a story to tell, I was extremely interested in finding out how to do it. This work is supported by experiences of not only Dr Norrie but also the many hundreds of project managers and project directors that responded to his thesis surveys as well as PM practitioners that he has addressed at numerous conference presentations and executive briefings. Recommended for people with time on their hands who need direction for music related topics, genres etc on the ever changing net. This isn't a long story. This is NY Times Magazine-style writing that has little faith in the readers' attention spans or intelligence. [Also finding their curious way into the book is a 100 year-old Mediterranean-style cottage ("seemingly untouched" by a recent renovation) and a 5,700sf, windowless, whitewashed, `art cave.'] Matthew Millman's large photos beautifully illustrate the rich architectural spaces and details, though in the absence of floor plans it's difficult to imagine how they fit together. THIS BOOK IS NOT ABOUT WICCA! It has spells. Therefore, we'r

The second edition includes significant new material on the nanoscale and microscale thermophysics of boiling and condensation phenomena and the use of advanced computational tools to create new models of phase-change events. Liquid-Vapor Phase-Change Phenomena presents the basic thermophysics and transport principles that underlie the mechanisms of condensation and vaporization processes. The importance of basic phenomena to a wide variety of applications is emphasized and illustrated throughout using examples and problems. Starting with an integrated presentation of the nonequilibrium thermodynamics and interfacial phenomena associated with vaporization and condensation, coverage follows of the heat transfer and fluid flow mechanisms in such processes. The text has been thoroughly updated to reflect recent innovations in research and to strengthen the fundamental focus of the first edition. Suitable for senior undergraduate and first-year graduate students in mechanical or chemical engineering, the book can also be a helpful reference for practicing engineers or scientists s
