In this book Tom Standage writes of "The Remarkable Story of the Telegraph and the Nineteenth Century's On-Line Pioneers." He shows, quite well, how the invention and popularization of the telegraph in many ways foreshadowed the world wide web. While I love the images in this book, the print quality and paper used is poor. Maybe that's because me and momma only buy thangs thats needed, useful and make sense. This is a great collection of "cruel tales", which I had long hoped would be available in an English translation. This book is a refreshing deviation from everyday life.I am looking forward to reading more from this debut author.I read the eBook version and did not find any editorial errors.. Love scenes were beautiful written. It has any love a girl could need. I passed all three on the first try.
